Hi Dave,

We just wanted to write you a quick note to thank you for all of the hard work you have/are putting into our shipment to the USA. We understand there is a lot of work involved in coordinating these international moves and
problem customers who through large curve balls at you, like us, make it all a lot harder.

As I'm sure you can imagine with any move there is quite a lot of stress involved, an international move with last minute changes such as our change of destination, our overage and last minute appointment of a relocation
